With the implementation of the new data protection law effective May 25, 2018, our privacy policy has been updated.

I. General Information

  1. The owner of the www.chinago.pl website is BLUESUITCASE Sp. z o.o., headquartered in Kraków at ul. Josepha Conrada 51, NIP 6772453064.
  2. The www.chinago.pl website collects information provided by users through the contact form, gathers server logs via the hosting provider, and saves cookies on users’ devices.
  3. The website may store connection data such as IP address and connection time.

II. Information on Data Processing

  1. The administrator of your data is BLUESUITCASE Sp. z o.o., headquartered at ul. Josepha Conrada 51, 31-157 Kraków.
  2. BLUESUITCASE Sp. z o.o. may request the following data from clients:
    • Name and surname;
    • Company name;
    • Street, building number, and apartment number;
    • Postal code and city;
    • Email and phone number;
    • NIP and REGON numbers.
  3. BLUESUITCASE Sp. z o.o. processes data solely for the purposes of:
    • Invoicing;
    • Business communications;
    • Order fulfillment;
    • Presenting business offers;
    • Handling complaints.
  4. Internal procedures have been developed to ensure the security of entrusted information and protect it from leakage.
  5. The administrator, to fulfill contractual obligations, may transfer entrusted data to other recipients in the following cases:
    • To a shipping company for delivering products to the specified address;
    • To product distributors for directly delivering products to the specified addresses.
  6. All data is provided by the client voluntarily; however, failure to provide the data prevents cooperation with the administrator.
  7. The administrator allows the client to access personal data, as well as to correct, delete, and transfer it or withdraw consent for its processing. In the case of withdrawal of consent, the data can no longer be processed by the administrator.
